Los Angeles Clippers and Detroit Pistons Trade
A big trade has been made before the all-star break between the Los Angeles Clippers and the Detroit Pistons. The players that were traded between the two teams were Los Angeles Clippers Blake Griffin, Brice Johnson and Willie Reed; for Detroit Pistons Tobias Harris, Avery Bradley, Boban Marjanovic and a first and second round pick come draft time. Most would say that the trade is a bad deal on the Pistons side due to the fact of Blake Griffin’s history of injuries. I would agree with that, but I would also add that it is a fair trade. The only difference is that the Pistons are four games below five hundred and twelve and a half games back from first sitting in ninth in the Eastern Conference. While the Clippers on the other hand are one game above five hundred, but are fourteen and a half games back from first sitting in ninth in the Western Conference. The Pistons now have a better chance of gaining ground in the Eastern Conference due to their newly acquired superstar B
